Brittney Louzon - Client Care SpecialistClient Care Specialist

Brittney Louzon

Brittney has been one of our personable client care specialists since June, 2017. Brittney has always loved working with animals and is very knowledgeable. Brittney and her husband Craig live in Bremen with a menagerie of farm animals including chickens, ducks, horses, a rabbit and goats. They also have two dogs, Razzee, and Sunnee. Brittney enjoys interacting with our wonderful clients and being able to help them with their four legged family members. Outside of work Brittney and Craig enjoy being outside and hiking at the various parks around the state and surrounding areas.

Courtney Grove - Client Care SpecialistClient Care Specialist

Courtney Grove

Courtney Grove is one of our friendly receptionists. She has been at MAC for 6 years! She has great instincts and will do an excellent job of taking care of you and your pet! Courtney enjoys interacting with clients and is looking forward to learning how to assist with procedures in order to better serve our patients. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys working out, competing in Cross Fit competitions and spending time with friends.

Amy Hollinger - Client Care SpecialistClient Care Specialist

Amy joined our staff in 2018. She is one of our bubbly client care specialists that greets you when you come in and makes sure your pets are taken care of from start to finish. Amy and her two children, Sophie and Elliot live in the Jefferson area. She is a welcome familiar face to many of our clients. Amy has a dog named Ruby and two kitties, CJ and Little Kitty. Amy stays busy raising her kids and living her life to the fullest when she isn't working. Her favorite parts of her job are that every day is different and the variety of things we do and see is exciting to be a part of. She also enjoys learning new things all of the time.

Lou Caples - Office ManagerOffice Manager

Lou Caples

Lou has been a front desk receptionist since 2003. In 2017 Lou was promoted to office manager due to our growing clientele and her excellent organizational skills and abilities. Lou lives in Middlebury along with her husband, Ray and their three children, Alyssa, Boomer and Kelcie. The favorite thing about Lou's job is that every day is different and you just never know what is going to happen! Lou enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to Florida and serving her church.

Stacy Bennett - Veterinary AssistantVeterinary Assistant

Stacy Bennett

Stacy has been at MAC since 2018. She has many years of previous experience working in veterinary clinics and has been a huge asset with her always positive attitude and willingness to help with anything. Stacy lives in Bristol with her husband Chris and two daughters, Aubrey and Kayla. The Bennet's live with a dog Zeus, a kitty Chloe and lots of backyard chickens. Stacy's favorite part of her job is educating clients on how to care for their pets. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family, friends and animals and camping in the summer.

Shawna is one of our R.V.T.'s here at Middlebury Animal Clinic. She graduated from Indiana Business College of Ft. Wayne in 2007. Shawna, along with her husband James, live in Constantine with their two sons, Brayden and AJ. They also co-habitat with two dogs, Luna and Gus, and three cats Spooky, Meowsers and Ricky. At the clinic, Shawna enjoys working with our wonderful clients and loves learning new things every day! In her spare time, Shawna enjoys gardening and dabbling in photography. She is also a big fan of cheering her boys on in their various sporting events.

Carrie Cole, R.V.T. - Registered Veterinary TechnicianRegistered Veterinary Technician

Carrie is a R.V.T. She is a graduate of Michigan State's Veterinary Technology program. Carrie and her husband, Rob, have two boys, Zane and Caleb. She keeps busy at home with two dogs, one cat, horses, ducks and chickens. Carrie enjoys gardening, canning and scrapbooking when she has free time. Carrie's favorite part of practice is working with pets with behavioral problems. She has extra training in this area and is a graduate of the DOGS Course training program at Purdue University.

Ali Whetzel, R.V.T.

Ali is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians. She graduated from Indiana Business College in Ft Wayne in February of 2012. Ali is a great asset to our practice and our clients. She and her husband, Brad, have 3 dogs. Their names are Sage, Kane, and Lilly. She and Brad just bought their first house in Goshen and the dogs love their fenced in yard. Ali's favorite part of her job is doing procedures and lab work and constantly learning new things.

Lauren Buetter, R.V.T. - Registered Veterinary TechnicianRegistered Veterinary Technician

Lauren Buetter, R.V.T.

Lauren is the newest employee of Middlebury Animal Clinic. She comes to us with lots of experience. Lauren graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Technology with a Bachelor's degree in 2014. Lauren lives with her family and her 5 cats that she has acquired over her years of working with animals. Their names are Legs, Toby, Simon, Booger and Magnolia. Lauren's favorite parts of her job are dentistry and parasitology. She also excels at client education. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to the gym and paddle boarding. She also spends lots of time volunteering for Nature's Way Animal Rescue and Pillars of Elkhart.
