Registered Veterinary TechnicianJill Anderson, R.V.T
Jill is one of our R.V.T’s here at MAC and has been here since 2019. Jill graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne in March of 2019. Jill lives in Nappanee with her husband, Drew, and her two dogs, Willow the Labradoodle and Cassie the chocolate Lab. Her favorite part of working in veterinary medicine is working with geriatric patients and making sure their owners understand the treatment needed for their pets. She also is one of the faces you will see in our new, rapidly growing, rehab area. Jill also has a special place in her heart for working with Dachshunds. In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen cooking or reading a good book.

Office ManagerLou Caples
Lou has been a front desk receptionist since 2003. In 2017 Lou was promoted to office manager due to our growing clientele and her excellent organizational skills and abilities. Lou lives in Middlebury along with her husband, Ray and their three children, Alyssa, Boomer and Kelcie. The favorite thing about Lou's job is that every day is different and you just never know what is going to happen! Lou enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to Florida and serving her church.
Client Care SpecialistCourtney Reimer
Courtney is one of our friendly receptionists. She has been at MAC since 2012! She has great instincts and will do an excellent job of taking care of you and your pet! Courtney enjoys interacting with clients and is looking forward to learning how to assist with procedures in order to better serve our patients. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys working out, competing in Cross Fit competitions and spending time with friends.

Client Care SpecialistAmy Hollinger
Amy joined our staff in 2018. She is one of our bubbly client care specialists that greets you when you come in and makes sure your pets are taken care of from start to finish. Amy and her two children, Sophie and Elliot live in the Jefferson area. She is a welcome familiar face to many of our clients. Amy has a dog named Ruby and two kitties, CJ and Little Kitty. Amy stays busy raising her kids and living her life to the fullest when she isn't working. Her favorite parts of her job are that every day is different and the variety of things we do and see is exciting to be a part of. She also enjoys learning new things all of the time.
Veterinary AssistantJesi Roan
Jesi is one of the friendly faces in the front of the clinic. She began her work as a secretary here in June 2019. Jesi’s favorite part of working at MAC is giving extra attention and love to animals when they first enter the clinic. In her free time, Jesi enjoys riding horses, raising cattle and spending time with her family. Jesi has two Australian Shepherds named Gypsy and Ben and Archie the ornery cat.
Veterinary AssistantStacy Bennett
Stacy has been at MAC since 2018. She has many years of previous experience working in veterinary clinics and has been a huge asset with her always positive attitude and willingness to help with anything. Stacy lives in Bristol with her husband Chris and two daughters, Aubrey and Kayla. The Bennet's live with a dog Zeus, 2 cats Chloe and Walter, and we can’t forget their backyard chickens. Stacy's favorite part of her job is educating clients on how to care for their pets. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family, friends and animals and camping in the summer.
CustodianTina Young
Tina is our always smiling custodian. Tina keeps us clean and smelling good which is not always an easy task! Tina is happy to help anywhere she is needed. Tina and her husband live in Middlebury and have two daughters, Traelynn and Tiana. She has one dog named Brownie and a cat named Noel. Tina enjoys spending time with her family and going on adventures.
